Turbo Fillets with Lemon Dill Sauce




Ingredients


  • 1lb Yellow Fin Ahi Tuna Steaks

  • 1cont Sesame Seaweed Salad

  • 1c. Rice River Farms Chinese Black Rice

  • Taste Japanese Wasabi & Yuzu Dressing

  • 2Tbl Metro Market Black and White Sesame Seeds

  • Taste Sushi Ginger & Wasabi

  • Taste Salt and Pepper

  • 1Tbl Sesame Oil

Preparation:

Add 1 cup of rice and 2¼ cups of water to a pot, bring to a boil cover and set heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes.

Fluff with a fork and season with salt and pepper.

Place the tuna on a plate and crust it with the sesame seeds,

Pour the sesame oil to a preheated skillet and add the tuna.

Sear the tuna for only 30-90 seconds per side or until done to your preference.

Place the black rice on the center of the plate add the tuna right on top,

Place the seaweed salad on top of the tuna.

Drizzle with a little wasabi yuzu dressing and serve with a little sushi ginger and wasabi
