Ingredients
1½ lbs Tilapia (cut into strips)
2½ c Panko Bread Crumbs
Taste Salt and Pepper
1½ c Flour
2 Eggs
4 Tbl Milk
Taste Salt and Pepper
Vegetable Oil for frying
1 bunch Chives and Cilantro
1ea Lime and Lemon sliced
1 Wine Country Kitchens Salsa Verde
1 Yucatan Guacamole
Taco Station
Flour tortilla, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, and any of your personal favorites
Preparation:
Set up a breading station of flour, lightly beaten eggs with milk, and Panko breadcrumbs. Season the entire breading station with salt and pepper.
Prepare the fish, cut in thin ¼ inch strips.
Dredge the pieces of fish in flour; shake off access then dip into the egg wash.
Coat the fish in the breadcrumbs, (tip keep one hand for the dry ingredients and the other for the wet ingredients).
Sauté in small batches until golden brown and cooked throughout or bake on a sheet tray. at 450*F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked throughout.
Plate fish and garnish with lemon, limes and cilantro.
Serve with accompanying condiments.
