Ingredients
3-4 Angus Reserve Ranch Club Sirloin Steaks
1TBS Sesame Oil
Marinate
½cup Wine Country Kitchen Honey Ginger Teryiaki
3TBS White Sugar
1TBS Metropolitan Market Sesame Seeds
1TBS Sesame Oil
1 Shallot julienne
3 Scallions Sliced
2 Clove garlic chopped
5TBS Mirin (Sweet Rice Wine, optional)
Directions
Thinly slice the steaks.
In a bow combine the marinate and add the steaks and cover and refrigerate for 2-8 hours.
In a preheated sauté skillet or Wok add oil and meat and cook over high heat for about 3-6 minutes or until done to your likeness.
Serve over salad or rice.
