4pc Premium Pork Frenched Rib Chops
Taste Salt and pepper
2TBS Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves Chopped
1TBS Dijon Mustard
1-2TBS Chopped Fresh herbs, parsley, Thyme, oregano and rosemary
3TBS Earth and Vine Apricot Pineapple Tangerine Jam
Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves
2tsp Olive Oil
¼ Onion Chopped
½c Glace de Veau
½c Red Wine
½c Markers Mark gourmet sauce
Directions
Preheat Grill.
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, combine olive oil, garlic & herbs. Place over medium- medium high heat and cook until your likeness, about 10.
During last 5 minutes of cooking glaze the chops with the jam.
Serve with additional jelly as well needed.
