Ingredients:
2pc Alaskan Cod Fillets
1 Lemon juiced
Taste Salt & Pepper
1 Garlic Clove chopped
2 Sprig Thyme leaves chopped
2tsp Smoked Paprika
1.5 oz Meyer Lemon & Fine Herbs Butter by Aux Delices
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400*F
Place the cod fillets in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, sprinkle w herbs, garlic, salt and pepper and pepper and top with the herb butter.
Bake for 14-18 minutes or until done,
Great served over top Rice River Farms Calico Blend with the juices poured over the fish and rice.
